OVERVIEW

The ASL Translator is a tool that translates American Sign Language (ASL) to English using the XBOX KINECT. For this project, I spearheaded the initial process of interacting with potential users and immersing myself in their worlds by learning some ASL myself and understanding the intricacies of what translating the language to English would entail. I then went on to work as a developer using MATLAB to for data analysis and cleansing.
