The Tale of Abeba

The Tale of Abeba was a play that told the tale of a young Ethiopian girl, Abeba

who travels around the continent, of Africa, to find true love. I wore several hats while working on this project, including writing the original screenplay, directing the show, recruiting actors and actresses, designing the set, editing the music, costume design and teaching the choreography for the dance scenes. I learned so much executing this project, and it opened me up to the theatre world.
